ERTF in the Community

ERTF member Juliet Bryson organised two Childrens Learn to Knit workshops at Chelmsford Musuem, ably assisted by Sally Stapleton, and Juliet's mum as part of a series of  textile workshops.
30 boys and girls learnt the basics of knit stitch, with some progressing to purl, casting on and casting off.  They all went home with their needles and yarn so they could continue with their projects at home.
Chelmsford Museum were extremely helpful, providing a supply of drinks and squash, and a lovely room to work in.
